Katharine Hits the RunwayKatharine McPhee traded the "American Idol" stage for the fashion runway at Dina Bar-El's show on Tuesday during LA Fashion Week.
McPhee dazzled the crowd as she pranced down the catwalk with Bar-El at her side, while her rendition of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" played in the background during the finale of the show.
The McPheever was in top form after a tumultuous summer which saw the songbird fracture her foot, suffer from bouts of bronchitis and laryngitis and reveal she was once bulimic.
Kat glowed in a beige gown which featured a beaded halter empire waist and floating chiffon bottom.
McPhee and Bar-El have been friends ever since the designer created gowns for the budding popstar during "American Idol."

J'ai très hâte de voir l'impact de son album. Ella a vraiment fait les choses à sa manière. Premièrement, elle a cassé elle-même son contrat avec 19E et est aller signé Aroffmusic( pas certain sur le nom). Christina Aguilera fait partie de ceux géré par eux. Elle a travailler avec les producteurs de Nelly Furtado et Justin Timberlake pour son album. Mais on en sait pas plus. Elle veut créer un buzz a autour de son album.
De plus, elle a singé un contrat de 2.5 millions pour représenter une marque American.
Elle semble être très d'affaire. J'ai hâte de voir quesque sa va donner !

Spin the CD and the songs come spilling out like elegant reminders of the swoon-worthy live performance. Several of the nine songs on the CD--"Cuando Me Enamoro," "Canzoni Stonate," and "Somos Novious (It's Impossible)" among them--are available on other Bocelli discs, but that shouldn't deter the faithful. For one thing, "Can't Help Falling in Love," a dazzling duet with American Idol's Katherine McPhee, can't be heard elsewhere.
