02 One Step At A Time
03 No Air
04 Freeze
06 Now You Tell Me
08 Just For The Record
09 Permanent Monday (OMG !!! Cette chanson là est capotante !!!)
J'aime:
10 Young And In Love (Sa voix est tellement modifiée... Mais la chanson reste cool !)
13 This Is My Now
Bof:
11 See My Side
Je trippe pas:
05 Shy Boy

Have you already forgotten about Jordin Sparks, the sensible girl who won the sixth season of "American Idol" way back in May? Well, the release of the 17-year-old singer's self-titled first album and its politely bumping new single, "Tattoo," should fix that. In the next few weeks, Sparks will be performing just about everywhere - the Kennedy Center Honors in Washington, D.C., the tree-lighting ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York, even Alice Cooper's "Christmas Pudding" show, wherever that takes place - proving that all your votes against Sanjaya Malakar were not cast in vain.
Q: I know you don't have any tattoos, but since you turn 18 in a few weeks, what would you choose if you did happen to get one?
A: I am going to get one!
Q: You are? Does your mom know?
A: Yes. I asked her. I would feel really bad if I did it without telling her. After I shot the video for "Tattoo," I said, "Mom, we should get tattoos to commemorate this!" And she actually contemplated it. So she said, "I'll go get one with you when you're 18."
Q: So what's it going to be?
A: I want to get my brother's name, P.J., in a nice scrïpt.
Q: Your brother's name? Isn't that a bit weird?
A: This past year has made me realize how much I took my relationship with him for granted. I've only been home a week and a half since the year started, and I really miss him. He knows everything about me. And, unlike a boyfriend, I know he won't walk away.
Q: What about a unicorn? Or a dragon? Or a dragon eating a unicorn?
A: Oh, my goodness! I wanted to get something that meant something to me. Plus, since his name is so short, it's really small. It's not like his name is Bartholomew or anything.
Q: What else are you looking forward to about turning 18?
A: I don't really know. I don't think things are going to change too dramatically. I'm not really sure about what kinds of things you can do when you turn 18.
Q: Smoke cigarettes. Join the Army. Go to strip clubs. I think maybe vote.
A: Cigarettes? Gross! I do get to vote. I will be voting.
Q: I just can't believe they let you smile so much in the video for "Tattoo." Did you see how they made Taylor Hicks stop smiling after he won on "American Idol"?
A: I know. I was really excited. They showed me the treatment for the video, and I wanted to be able to smile. I wanted to be me. I wanted to be happy. That was a big plus for me. I just saw it on "TRL" the other day, and I freaked.
Q: Did you keep many of the outfits from "American Idol"?
A: From the show, I got to keep basically every outfit that I wore, but not the jewelry. The tour, that big green parachute dress, I did not keep that. That one went back. I did not want it. I can't tell you how many times I tripped over that green thing.
Q: Is it hard to be a pop star?
A: There's a lot of pressure because the past "Idols" have done so well. They've sold millions.
Q: You were the youngest "Idol" winner ever. Do you think any of the other contestants were jealous?
A: I guess, well, you would have to ask them. Anybody who enters the competition wants to win. But we all got along so well. Everybody was really supportive. Maybe they were, and I didn't know. All of them, I'm pretty sure, have a good chance of making it once they get started. To be a part of the show is such an amazing thing in itself, but the fact that I won still trips me out. I can't believe this is my life right now. {sbox}
