Effectivement,Drew doit gagner!
Michel Louvain j'pense que c'est mieux pour toi de ne pas en dire plus
mais moi je l'aimeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
le plus talentueux de tous

Citation :Earl Stevenson plans to keep on going with music career

Sheri Block, CTV.ca
Earl Stevenson's journey on Canadian Idol may have come to an end, but the competitor from Lloydminster, Alta., is going to keep on going with his music career.
"The whole reason I came on here was to get exposure and to show people something," said Stevenson, shortly after his elimination.
"People get all sad like this is the end or something or you just disappear off the planet or something but it's not like that. Like I said before, it's just another stepping stone. You just continue on, you have your direction you want to go and nothing can sway your dream of what you want everything to be so you just continue on the path and see what happens. Maybe winning would've been the most detrimental thing in the world. You don't even know really. Whatever happens you just accept it."
The 23-year-old only started singing in public a short time ago and has gone on to become one of Canadian Idol's most unique performers, winning the hearts of the judges and public alike.
"From being three years ago I wouldn't even sing to anyone, to jumping off the stage and mumbling words, it's wild, really," said Stevenson.
Stevenson brought something different to the stage every week, whether it was his soulful tone, his dance moves choreographed by "some crazy leprechauns" or his ability to interpret rock classics.
Jake Gold told him he managed to re-invent The Tragically Hip's "Little Bones" - something that's very hard to do.
Zack Werner said Canadian Idol with Earl Stevenson was proving to be the place to find new music in the country and Sass Jordan said she wanted to buy a ticket to 'Planet Earl.'
Farley Flex also had praise for Stevenson.
"You're unabashed, you're uninhibited, you're just out here to be Earl, quintessential Earl. I love it," Flex told Stevenson after his performance of 'Little Bones.'
There was a lot of talk about how Earl and Mookie Morris, who was voted of Top 5, were two of the most eclectic competitors Idol has ever had, but Earl isn't sure if the public was ready to fully embrace that.
"I don't know, you know. There's such a large demographic, this show, it's from tots to old people, grandmas, great grandmas even, so you can expect that if you're really going to do what you want to do, you can expect that just like in life, anyone's who's strong in what they do, there's going to be people who don't agree with them ... for me, music, I just want to have fun. I want to connect with all sides of myself."
Stevenson said he really missed Morris when he was voted off.
"I fed off him a little bit, he fed off me because we're just kind of the same idea you know, you can tell when people are just kind of floating the same way, so I think me and Mookie might do some stuff in the future, we're planning on maybe moving in together so hopefully we'll just have a huge jam room in our house and it will be soundproof so we won't wake up the neighbors and we'll have some producing stuff with the computer, yeah, just go to town on it, try to get our own things going," said Stevenson.
Finding a following shouldn't be too hard, if Stevenson's recent trip back home was any indication. Thousands of people came out to see his concert in Lloydminster and get his autograph.
"It was crazy. From the second I woke up that morning to the second I went to bed you know there was something about every 10 minutes I was going to have to do you know, talk on a radio station, talk on TV, go home to thousands of people so a day like that is just out of this world because it's a big deal to talk on a radio station for 10 minutes and just do one of them in a day, so to do 50 things in a day is just like craziness."
Stevenson hopes he's received enough exposure to launch a music career from Idol, whether that be signing with a label, or writing more songs and perfecting his guitar playing.
"I think it's just been a great summer and I really think Lloyd (dialing) my votes so many times and helping me out gave me a chance to show everyone what it's all about as best I could and just thanks for the good summer. I hope everyone else had a good summer, too."
