Cherche à la fin du fichier c:\windows\windowsupdate.log pour voir s'il n'y aurait pas des errors ou des warnings. Si c'est le cas, paste-les ici.

Je ne sais pas si cela peut t'aider. Voici ce que j'ai trouvé sur l'Internet.



Il y a plusieurs façons d'installer une màj critique.
Essayons d'autres façons :
- Vérifiez d'abord qu'elle n'est vraiment pas installée, dans
Ajout/Supression de programmes.
Vous cochez en haut "Afficher les mises à jour" et voyez les lignes Windows
XP.....
Si déjà installée, supprimez-la.

- Faites démarrer / "Tous les programmes" et cliquez en haut 1° colonne :
Windows Update.
Après un temps de recherche la page vous proposera Rapide ou Personnalisée
Cliquez Personnalisée et vérifiez que la màj est bien proposée.
Acceptez-la.
Sinon:
Essayez *ICI*. Lors de la demande, au lieu d'exécuter, faites ''enregistrer'', mettez-le à un endroit que vous allez vous souvenir, et ensuite fermez Explorer. Ensuite prenez cette m-à-j, et installez-la pour voir si ça fonctionne...
