Amazon.com has revealed that Jordin Sparks' album will be titled 'Madamoiselle'. The debut album from the sixth season American Idol winner will be released on November 20 via Jive.

Meanwhile, Jordin is reported to have shot the music video of her first single 'Tattoo' , although the premiere date is still unknown. The single itself will be in stores on Monday, September 24. It leaked online last month, few weeks before its radio release on August 27.

'Madamoiselle' will go head to head with Mary J. Blige's 'Growing Pains' and Mariah Carey's not yet titled album.

i got the new Entertainment Weekly today the September 28th issue and in a section on upcoming CD's on page 66 there is something on Jordin's upcoming CD. first of all it says it is self titled despite the Amazon thing with Madamoiselle . anyway there are 2 songs mentioned . there are 2 producers also mentioned as well. Stargate which we know about and also The Underdogs .

article says there are lots of upbeat pop tracks such as the first single "Tattoo"and "One Step At A Time" Jordin describes it as a really happy go lucky roll down your windows and a feel good song.

Jordin also mentions a song called "Overcome" which she says its got a driving beat and its really different and that she has never sung a song like that before. --Message edité par félix le 2007-09-29 18:23:45--

Ça n'a pas encore été officiellement confirmé... Et j'espère sincèrement que c'est une erreur car c'est encore pire que le titre du nouvel album de Carrie !

Moi aussi j'aime pas les albums éponymes... mais quand on a "Madamoiselle" ou "Carnival Ride"... C'est peut-être mieux finalement

Regardez son nouveau site ! Et c'est bien marqué que ce sera un album éponyme "Self-Titled Debut Album" ! En temps normal, je serais déçu... Mais après la rumeur de "Madamoiselle" je suis extrêmement content

Le titre de son album est ..... Jordin Sparks.

Madamoiselle est en fait le titre du deuxième single de son album en duo avec Chris Brown.

"Tattoo" est désormais au #26 de la Mediabase et ça monte de plus en plus vite ! Elle arrive même a maintenir un rythme pour ne pas que "Clumsy" de Fergie (qui monte a une vitesse incroyable) la dépasse.
